Eyelash Lift/Lamination

WHAT IS A LASH LIFT?

A lash lift works with your natural lashes to create a luscious semi-permanent curl that will last between 6-8 weeks.

We use a technique combining a lifting lotion and silicone rods to lift your natural lashes, making them look longer and fuller. We recommend lash lifts as a great alternative to eyelash extensions.

HOW TO PREP FOR A LASH LIFT?

Prior to your treatment, please make sure your eyes are free of makeup, mascara, and false eyelashes. If you use Latisse or another lash serum, please stop product use for 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Lastly, if you wear contact lenses please make sure they are removed prior to treatment.

LASH LIFT "DON'TS" IN THE FIRST 24 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT:

• Don't get your eyelashes wet.

• Don't apply mascara or eye makeup.

• Don't sweat Don't go into a sauna.

• Don't use oil-based products.

• Don't rub your eyes.

WHY CAN'T I GET MY EYELASHES WET AFTER A LASH LIFT?

It's best to avoid any type of moisture to your lashes for at least 24 hours following your lash treatment. It's best to avoid any type of moisture to your lashes for at least 24 hours following your lash treatment. This is because in the immediate hours after the lift, the lashes are returning to a normal PH level. Water, mascara, etc. can weigh down the lashes and compromise the lift that was set via the chemical change from your treatment.

Think of it as being similar to getting your hair done at the salon. You wouldn't want your hair to get rained on after leaving the salon as it would cause the hair to go flat - water would have similar effects to your newly lifted eyelashes.

HOW LONG DOES A LASH LIFT LAST?

A lash lift will last about 6-8 weeks (sometimes longer) depending on aftercare. Following the aftercare instructions given above for the first 24 hours after your treatment will help with longevity. In addition, we recommend brushing your lashes in an upright position anytime following a shower (or after getting your lashes wet) to help keep the shape of them.
